1.Services

We provide sound and light therapy services for relaxation and well-being.

Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.The statements made or services provided through this website or by the Company are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Testimonials regarding the technology are voluntarily given and do not represent the opinions of the Company. The services provided by the Company are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, check, credit cards or venmo.

3. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of early cancellation of your 12-month membership commitment, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the discounted membership rate and the regular single session rate for all months during which you received sessions at the membership price. This amount will be calculated based on the price difference of $120 (regular session rate) minus $85 (membership rate), totaling $35 per session. Additionally, as a courtesy to our committed members, the value of the complimentary canister of electrolytes ($29) will be charged if cancellation occurs before the completion of the 12-month commitment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our services.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

You personal information and therapy sessions will be kept confidential.

5. Health & Safety

Please disclose any medical conditions or concerns before your therapy session.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for you.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that may occur during or after therapy sessions.

7. By booking a session, you consent to the sound and light therapy services provided.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time, and the latest version will be posted on our website.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate our terms and conditions.
